Derrick Dannenbaum

I grew up in Denver, Colorado, and earned my business degree from Metropolitan State College of Denver. Shortly after graduation, I moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, where I began my real estate career. I spent eight years working with a custom home builder, specializing in both new home and custom home sales.

As the market evolved, I shifted my focus to bank-owned properties and short sales, gaining valuable experience navigating complex transactions and helping clients achieve their real estate goals in challenging markets. 

In 2011, my wife, daughter and I returned home to Denver, where I continue to focus on residential real estate. With over 23 years of experience, I take pride in guiding my clients through every step of the buying or selling process and helping them find the perfect home.

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time outdoors—whether it’s driving cars, riding motorcycles, or mountain biking in Colorado’s beautiful landscapes.
