Eileen Kitko has been a full-time real estate agent since 2005. Prior to that she worked in Marketing and Sales since 1991, managing the advertising department for a national healthcare association early in her career, she quadrupled advertising revenues for three national publications. AT the next level, she managed the Client Services Department at a national advertising agency, while also assisting the startup and growth of a general contracting business in Denver, gaining expertise in residential remodels, custom home building and commercial office buildings and restaurants.  

Kitko applies similar strategies to real estate listing and sales, ensuring that homes stand out in the market through effective advertising and clients receive exceptional service…communication, attention to detail, negotiation are just a few of her forte’s.

This diverse background in sales, marketing, client service, graphic design, transaction management, and construction supports successful real estate transactions, achieving high sales prices and favorable purchase terms for clients.
