A Colorado native, I grew up in a family of Realtors, licensed myself in 2001. I love to help people with their real estate needs! I work with Buyers and Sellers, from the first time home buyer to those who are experienced. I also enjoy working with those looking to buy income property, those who are looking to add Real Estate to their retirement portfolio, or wanting to add Real Estate to their plan to fund their children’s college tuition. When it comes to sellers, I can help you prepare your home for sale to Up-size or downsize. I also help families facing the challenges of Probate. I, myself, have knowledge of how difficult this can be. I have worked hard to find other professionals to assist my clients with this tedious process. Everything from cleaning out and repairing the home, to help with planning ahead so that families know how to best invest proceeds from the sale of the home, and even creating a trust so that your legacy is left to family members without them having to face the difficult tasks involved in Probate.
