• $100 Payouts per Transaction: Refer a colleague to Equity and you’ll receive $100 for every transaction they close!
• No Limit On Number of Referrals: A single Agent that closes 12 deals per year would equal $1,200 in your pocket. Imagine if you referred 10 Agents that close 12+ transactions per year… Compounding residual income!
Affordable Fee Structure
• NO SPLITS & NO FRANCHISE FEES: Just $599 per transaction and $59 per month with E&O insurance included!
• $15k Cap: Our transaction fees are so affordable, it takes 25 transactions to hit our $15k cap (25 x $599 = $15k). After transaction #25, we waive the $599 transaction fee completely. This cap resets every year, like most standard caps.
• Your Business Your Way: Our philosophy has always been to put MORE money in our Agents’ pockets while providing full-service support and tools to grow their business. Grow YOUR brand and grow YOUR business… We’ll provide the support!
