Hi, My name is Christine Damiano. I have been a professional Real Estate Broker serving Buyers and Sellers for more than 19 years. I specialize in residential sales throughout Boulder County, also Berthoud, Loveland, Broomfield, Erie, Westminster, Lakewood and parts of Denver as a Buyer Broker and a Seller Broker. I pride myself on going above and beyond normal Real Estate duties for my clients, my moto being "I'm Here to Serve You". Outside of Real Estate, I moved to Boulder in 1973, worked as a CNA at Boulder Manor nursing home, then sold dental supplies and equipment Internationally, to Government Agencies and direct to Dentists and Dental Surgeons. I fell madly in love with the mountains and all the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer. My outdoor passions include alpine skiing, teli-skiing, backcountry skiing, skate skiing, biking, hiking and rock climbing. International travel and learning about other cultures is also a big part of my life. I am very active in my community working for E-Town live tapings & events, volunteer for Chautauqua concerts, BIFF, Safehouse benefits, Homeless Shelter benefits, Do-Gooders Meetup, Children's Garden, Frequent Flyers, ESL teacher and many other organizations as needed. It's a great way to be involved with helping the less fortunate, hearing talented musicians and meeting wonderful people. Buying and/or selling a home can be one of the most stressful times that a person or family experiences in their life and I want to reduce as much of that stress as possible. Along with a light sense of humor, paying attention to your needs, intensive listening, support and being informative, I try to make the entire process a calm and a positive experience.
