Diana Bartlett

I am a Colorado native with a love for the mountains, hiking, summer lake life, and living a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting and began my career in public accounting and audit. After a decade in the accounting profession, I transitioned into real estate, where I have now spent ten years helping clients navigate one of life’s most significant decisions—finding a home. My attention to financial details remains a natural strength, which I share with and educate my clients on throughout the process.

Having experienced several moves myself, I understand firsthand the value, excitement, and challenges of each transition. Together with my husband, a general contractor, we built our custom home from the ground up. This experience gave me extensive knowledge of home construction, timelines, and schedules, which I bring to every real estate transaction. Every experience has deepened my expertise and shaped the way I guide my clients, helping them turn the intangible feelings of a home—comfort, security, and joy—into a tangible reality.

Health, happiness, and personal growth are my driving passions. When I’m not assisting clients, I enjoy learning about health and longevity and spending time with my three wonderful kids. I am their biggest fan and love cheering for them from the sidelines! I also deeply value helping families find not just a home, but the right community—a place that supports and nurtures your children, because the impact of finding “your” community carries endless, lifelong value.
