John Skoglund III
John Skoglund III has been a Real Estate Broker Associate for over four years. He is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association, Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He serves the diverse real estate needs of home buyers and sellers throughout the metro Denver area, including the southern sector communities of Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Castle Rock, Parker, and Centennial, among others. John’s professional philosophy is simple and effective: Treat others as you wish to be treated.
Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, John held a position as a U.S. Postal Inspector (Federal Law Enforcement Agent), where he investigated criminal, civil and administrative violations of mail-related laws. He was also Director of Consumer Protection for the Colorado 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office and was a Senior Fraud Risk Manager at Western Union. He earned his Master’s Degree in Economic Crime Management at Utica College in New York and his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management from the University of Northern Colorado. He enjoys skiing, hiking, and vacationing on the beach in tropical venues.
