As an agent, my approach to helping clients is to be the organized, knowledgeable, responsive, and professional friend who helps them through, what can be, a very chaotic process. If they weren’t a friend before, they become one along the way. My hope is that they will circle back, either for their next sale or by providing referrals, because they trust me to do the job right.
Professionally, I started in property management while attending college at Northern Arizona University. As a property manager, I learned nearly every aspect of the business, from sales to marketing, accounting, maintenance, customer care, communications, and managing countless moving parts.
After moving to Colorado in 2011, I got to know the area while managing rental homes across the metro before joining an REO asset management company. There, I was part of a team of professionals building a Real Estate Investment Trust for a multi-million-dollar client. In the window of a year, we purchased, renovated, and rented a portfolio of over 1,400 homes across multiple states.
All these experiences have given me the real-world knowledge I use to guide my clients through their real estate journey. I am detail oriented, resourceful and highly communicative. I’m also easy-going, supportive, friendly and fun to work with. Whether you’re ready to make your dreams of owning a home come true or want the maximum return on investment when selling your home, I’m here to help.
Outside of work, I’m married to my college sweetheart and live in Highlands Ranch with our daughters and pup. My free time is spent hiking, gardening, running, traveling, watching my kid’s sports/ activities and visiting our CU Buff in Boulder.
I truly enjoy meeting people and creating new friendships, so let’s get together for a chat to discuss your real estate goals and how I can help make them a reality!
