Shahryar Choudhry

Born and raised in Aurora, Colorado, I’ve always had a deep connection to this vibrant community. I currently live in southeast Aurora, near the Southlands Mall, and I take pride in helping others find their place here too. In March 2025, I earned my real estate license and joined Equity Real Estate, where I bring energy, commitment, and a client-first mindset to every transaction.

Real estate runs in the family—my father, a seasoned broker with Equity, has been both a mentor and business partner. Together, we’ve worked on several investment projects and are currently working on a new car wash venture in Greeley.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing video games, working out, and watching sports—especially hockey (Go Avs!) and football (Go Broncos!). I’m also a huge fan of The Lord of the Rings.
