Troy Talbert

Troy is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in sales, finance, and investments. Troy has worked in both residential and commercial real estate sales and lending, helping individuals and companies meet their housing needs or financial goals. His experience includes a large range of transactions that includes residential, multi-family investments, and office/industrial/retail/land. Troy is passionate about real estate’s ability to empower his clients to control their own future and build long term wealth.

When Troy is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 33+ years along with his two children. For fun, he enjoys everything that Colorado has to offer from skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, to mountain biking, golfing, and fly fishing in the summer. Troy has also enjoyed giving back to the community and has been involved in numerous charities including the Colorado Neurological Institute (CNI) and the Rocky Mountain Deaf School (RMDS). One of his proudest achievements was being the Co-Chair of the Building Committee for RMDS, where he was instrumental in helping build a 46,000 square foot school for deaf and hard of hearing students in Lakewood, Colorado.
